We can't guarantee your claim will succeed — that depends on the strength of your evidence and the council's response. But we guarantee your documents will be professionally structured and legally referenced. If there's a technical issue with your pack, we'll fix it.
Each pack is generated for a specific incident. If you have multiple pothole incidents, you'll need a separate pack for each — but you can use the same account and only pay for the packs you generate.
